1. Scope

These terms of use apply to the use of the app “DoseSimple” (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these terms.

2. Purpose

DoseSimple is an app for personally documenting your intake of medications and supplements. It is intended solely for private use and to support managing your own routine.

Important: DoseSimple does not replace medical advice or treatment. For any health questions, always consult a doctor or pharmacist.

3. No medical advice

The content of the App does not constitute medical advice. DoseSimple accepts no liability for damage resulting from incorrect or missed doses.

4. Availability

We strive to keep the App available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Updates, maintenance or technical issues may temporarily limit availability.

5. Limitation of liability

You use the App at your own risk. We are not liable for:

• Data loss due to changing devices or uninstalling the App
• Errors in documentation made by the user
• Damage caused by missed or incorrect doses
• Technical faults or outages

6. Pro features, subscriptions & lifetime purchase

DoseSimple offers free basic use as well as paid Pro features, available as a monthly or yearly subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase. All purchases are processed exclusively through your Apple ID.

Subscriptions: If a free trial is offered, you can cancel it free of charge in iOS Settings at any time before it ends. If you do not cancel, the trial automatically converts into a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Subscriptions are managed and cancelled exclusively in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Lifetime purchase: The lifetime purchase grants a permanent right to use all current and future Pro features, tied to your Apple ID. There are no recurring costs.

Refunds: Refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple (via reportaproblem.apple.com). We have no influence on refund decisions.

7. Intellectual property

All rights to the App, its design and its content belong to the developer. The App may not be copied, modified or redistributed.

8. Changes

These terms of use may be updated at any time. The current version is always available at this URL.
